Relaxing:  3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

  • A mixing bowl or jug
  • Sieve, helpful but optional
  • Scales, preferably digital
  • Spatulas, spoons etc

  • Prepare a clean work surface - wear a dust mask if preferred
  • Assemble the dry ingredients and equipment
  • Weigh or measure the clay and dry additives into the bowl
  • Use the spatula to combine all the dry ingredients evenly (this creates the least dust)
  • Drip in the Essential Oils and carefully combine
  • Spoon into storage container

To Hydrate when ready to use:

Hydrate the clay mixture with warm water until you have a smooth paste or slurry.  Add to the water and swish to allow it to disperse thoroughly.
