Our Slate Mediterranean Clay is a dark grey-ish colour like slate, and has a high mineral content. This clay is a great way to add all natural colour to your soap (though this clay can be a little "spotty" in Melt and Pour Soap), as well as using it in scrubs, masks and mud packs. Our clays do not contain any synthetic dyes or pigments and are not processed using any chemical means.
Active clays are rich in minerals and trace elements and offer a wide variety of applications in cosmetics and treatments and all clays help to remove toxins and purify the skin.
All our clays are totally natural and can be used alone, or blended together, and you can create gorgeous, naturally coloured soaps using a combination of all our clays or just this clay alone. You can blend any of our clays and colourants together to create a vast pallette of natural and unique colours for your products.
