Christmas Trading Hours

We will be closed for our Christmas Break from

1.00pm Thursday 21st December and re-open 8.30am Wednesday 3rd January, 2018.

Final orders must be placed and payment received by Wednesday 20th December for Final Shipping in 2017.

Please note:  Mail posted after Friday 15th December MAY NOT REACH YOU BY CHRISTMAS. 
Express parcels can still be shipped on Monday 18th. 

Gift vouchers can be ordered online and emailed at any time!


We recommend ordering and completing orders EARLY to ensure delivery by Christmas.
Australia Post have advised they expect larger than usual delays in delivery.

Note: If your parcel does not arrive within 7 days of receiving the Shipped Notice, please telephone your local Post Office and check if it has arrived in case the postie has neglected to leave you a card to notify you of its arrival.  If not collected within 2 weeks, the parcel will be returned to us and the freight will need to be paid again.  THE TRACKING NUMBER can be found in your account on the website once you are logged in.

Our website will remain open as usual over the break and orders will be processed in order of placement and payment, with shipping commencing Monday 2nd January. If you pay with PayPal or your Credit Card this will expedite shipping of your order. 

REGARDING ORDERS PLACED WHILST WE ARE ON BREAK:  Please note we are unable to add to and/or combine orders placed during this time due to the volume of orders that come through whilst we are on our break.  Orders will begin shipping on Monday 2nd January in the order in which they are received and payment processed. The office does not re-open until Wednesday 3rd January.

 

 

 It is very busy at this time of year, so we recommend ordering early to ensure your gifts arrive in time for December 24.
