These are electronic files in PDF format - once your order is processed and is finalised you will be able to download the document from your Aussie Soaps account. Log into your account and click the "Your Downloadable Products" link and you'll see them there ready to download (on the left hand side). You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader (Free Download) installed in order to view and print the PDF file.
