Some feedback for you. Firstly, it took only one working day more for you to send to me in NZ, than it took for an Auckland company to get theirs here (three hours away). Outstanding service. Extremely impressed, particularly at this time of year.
Secondly, the packaging is excellent. Better than most companies. Thanks for the free fragrant oil, lovely surprise.

I’m not sure if this is the appropriate way to do this but I just wanted to thank you so much for the amazing products you have to offer. They are affordable and delivery is fast too. I have purchased your moisturiser and its not like anything I've ever used before! It’s the ONLY thing that keeps my skin from drying out! And the essential oils are just incredible! It’s great how you allow customers to create their own creams, soaps etc or just buy ready to use products. It’s so good to see that people are committed to offering REAL products to their customers and not those awful chemical substitutes. Another good thing about your products is that they all have the ingredients mentioned and there is information on each one. No more rashes! I’m sure I speak for many others out there when I say that there should be more companies doing what you do. You have put together a wonderful site and I will definitely be buying from you again. WOW!! thank you SO MUCH for that fantastic book! I have been gobbling all the information and will be teaching my and another couple of children all about it in chemistry today (we homeschool) coz I'm so excited about it all - a little sidestep from ionic and covalent bonding ;-)
I have been researching on the internet but resisted buying any books on it coz I wasn't interested in 'making soap' (especially not the 'crafty' kind - I wanted everything natural!) So, yeah, it surprised me when you asked me what I meant by 'natural', Jude. Isn't natural meaning 'from nature'?? LOL I realise now that that's not everybody's definition. Natural seems to be synonymous with 'homemade' ;-)

I just wanted to write and say thanks for your advice about the shrink bags, after your email last month, I came across a impulse sealer quite by accident at Canberra's local ebay type place, and last night spent an hour shrink wrapping my soaps, and I could not be happier! It’s so easy, and works so much better than my previous method. I just love it, thanks so much. I'm very happy with all the products I've received from you thus far, and really appreciate the advice. Just a note of thanks for the speed in sending out my first order from you (I received it this morning). The green gift trays are exactly what I was after and a perfect size for a gift. I just love the Bramble Berry fragrances I purchased. They are so much better than those that I received in my first MP soap pack (It was a gift and got me hooked). The Kumquat makes you want to eat it and the fragrance went through the house just from lifting the lid. I can't wait to get it in some soap. I am already deciding what other fragrances to purchase. Also I think your two books - Bubble Bubble and Make your own moisturisers are great. I just wanted to let you know that I have been using the Natural Goats Milk Soap base and I have had so many orders. And the feedback back I am getting is fantastic. They love it especially the people who have problem skin. I have been selling Fragrance Free soaps like hot cakes. I found out yesterday when a women re ordered that she has been trying other goats milk soap and she still itches but she has been using ours and she has not itched once. So that was so good to hear. Also with the Natural white and clear I have had fantastic feedback to. Just thought I would let you know that you guys have the best bases and I love working with them.

Just a quick note to tell you how much I love the foot balm. I made up a small lot to try, and it is absolutely fantastic. Will be making more next week, it far surpasses the commercial heel balm I have been using. My heels haven't looked or felt this good for ages, and that's after less than a week, using once a day. I gave a small pot to my friend, who loves it too. When my order comes (probably Wednesday) with more Jojoba, I will make a larger quantity. I thought you might like some feedback on your Ultra-thick additive for
shampoo. I make shampoo from plant oils (specifically coconut, ricebran & castor). I have had problems with it from a viscosity point of view, but using the ultra thick has really been amazing, and I now am very happy with the shampoo. I use it because, well, I make it and I like the results, but now I can sell it to my customers. Thanks, Gillian. 28 September 2008

To the wonderful people at Aussie Soap Supplies, thank you for sending my order earlier this month. The products are wonderful and I'm enjoying making all kinds of wonderful things.
I would also like you to know that I gave the shredded paper used to help package my order to my local veterinary hospital which uses it to line their kitty litter trays. I will reuse some of the bubble wrap to protect Xmas presents in the mail and some for handling cacti in the garden. Just wanted you to know that I am able to recycle most of the packaging.
