Warming Ginger Massage Oil
Sore, tight or overworked muscles can really benefit from a Massage with this warming blend of Lavender, Ginger, Lemongrass and Black Pepper Essential Oils.
73ml Almond Oil (73%)
10ml Jojoba Oil (10%)
10ml Wheat Germ Oil (10%)
5ml Avocado Oil (5%)
2ml Essential Oils use about 50 drops (2%)
Lavender Essential Oil - 25 drops
Lemongrass Essential Oil - 10 drops
Ginger Essential Oil - 10 drops
Black Pepper Essential Oil - 3 drops
and if you have any
Sandalwood Essential Oil is useful too - try including 5 drops
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a clean Amber Bottle and screw on the lid (ensure you have a little headroom)
2. Shake upside down gently a few times to combine ingredients evenly
3. There is nothing to clean up and you are ready to massage!
