Gentle Clay Scrubs

These scrubs actually don't contain harsh exfoliants, just pure and gentle Clays and Minerals. They are great when you just don't have time to wait for a masque to dry. Your skin will feel envigorated and alive after using either of these scrubs. Really, the treatment involves a series of smooth, circular movements, rather than a series of scrubby movements. The White Clay is firming and tightening and is very gentle on delicate facial skin and the Pale Blue Spa Minerals calms, soothes and heals sensitive or reddened skin.

Gentle Clay Scrub

1 tablespoon Your Favorite Clay
1 tablespoon of Golden Spa Minerals
2 tablespoons Floral Water (such as Rose or Orange or Spring or Distilled Water)

1. Measure ingredients into jug or container
2. Allow to sit whilst the clay absorbs the water
3. After 10-15 minutes mix the clay and water to make a smooth paste
4. Apply to the face with your fingertips (leaving eyes and mouth and nostrils clear)
5. Gently massage mud into skin using small circular strokes
6. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry
7. Moisturise as usual if required

Soothing Clay Treatment

If you don't have time to sit and wait for masks to dry, this is for you!

1 tablespoon Green or White Clay
1 tablespoon of Pale Blue Spa Minerals
2 tablespoons Floral Water (such as Rose or Orange or Spring or Distilled Water)

1. Measure ingredients into jug or container
2. Allow to sit whilst the clay absorbs the water
3. After 10-15 minutes mix the clay and water to make a smooth paste
4. Apply to the face with your fingertips (leaving eyes and mouth and nostrils clear)
5. Gently massage mud into skin using small circular strokes
6. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry
7. Moisturise as usual if required

Please note: It is best to AVOID applying a new face mask or facial treatment within one week of an important event (such as a Year 12 Ball or Wedding) – just in case! You will often have a slight worsening of redness for the first 24 hours whilst the skin de-toxes and settles again.
