Long prized in Asian countries for its health benefits, Green Tea is also very favoured as a scent. Many of this year's most popular perfumes have a green tea base. Ours is a true-to-scent fragrance oil. This works well in CP soap, but has a tendency to cause soda ash.
Although BB state this FO may cause Ash, we have thoroughly tested it and have not had a problem.
If you do want to safeguard your batch:
1. Try covering your soap with a sheet of plastic or acetate
2. When the CP has set firmly, but before gel, spritz liberally with Isopropyl Alcohol and *voila* no ash whatsoever, and no striations on the surface of the soap either.
