Our primary aim remains to process your orders and ship them within 24 hours of payment being received. Our warehouse is designed to ensure shipping of your Soapy Order is streamlined and efficient.

For locals, you can collect your pre-ordered goodies with much more flexibility:

Monday to Friday anytime between 8.30 am and 3.45 pm.
(without having to book a specific time)

Though we are still not a retail store, you can sniff, sniff, sniff Bramble Berry Fragrances when you collect your order. Please place you rorder on the website, or for small orders please phone the rest of your order ahead as usual!
