Our testing has shown that they can have their fragrance and water level topped up, so they can be re-used many times. A little Polysorbate or other solubiliser will help the fragrance dispersal, but you can use without.
These actually look fabulous in a clear Vase with flowers (either fresh or satin) and are much utilised by Interior Designers.
