This Colour is a strong and vibrant Sky Blue, similar to Cambridge Blue, but when used with Titanium Dioxide, or in an opaque Melt & Pour Soap, and the colour is a pastel baby blue shade. Use at full strength for Neon Blue!

Pigment dispersions are not suitable for Oil based products.
Our Test Results:
Produces a neon blue at full stength, but a lovely pastel baby blue colour at low concentration in opaque MP Soap.
pH sensitivity: Stable in high pH products
Colour Fading: This colour is not light sensitive and not prone to fading
Colour Bleeding (Migration): Non bleeding, suitable for embedding, layering and swirling
