Our perfume base is light and filled with all kinds of exotic waxes. Use 25g of solid perfume base and 7g/ml Perfume, Essential or Fragrance Oil and you have yourself a top quality perfume. Package it in our Lip Balm Pots and you have a great product or gift. You may also use this base for lip balm.
