Apart from including some Epsom Salts in your regular baths and sore muscle soaks, they are also great for sprains, strains and of course foot odour.
Soothe aching feet in a foot bath with 1/2 cup of Epsom Salts added. This helps to remove odours, and soften rough skin.
If you have a Sprain and/or Bruising, Epsom Salts will help reduce the swelling as they are high in Magnesium (Magnesium Sulphate) . Add 2 cups Epsom Salt to a warm bath, and soak.
