How to Order Using our Website

The fastest and easiest way of placing your order is through our website shopping trolley. This will provide you and us with a written copy of the order, thereby eliminating errors and misunderstandings.

Please note, there are drop down arrows on the product description so that you can view larger sizes and choose volume pricing options.

To use our shopping trolley

1. Click the category link on the toolbar
2. Click on the Item for more info on the product - this gives price, info & size options
3. Drop down the arrow to choose the size/number of items
4. Click "add to trolley" Button
5. Click "Continue Shopping" Button ( this is located towards top right of the screen )
6. Continue to add items until you are ready to Check Out
7. Click "Check Out"
8. You are now at the "Personal Details Page" - with these options:

• Log In: If already Registered Log In and personal details automatically are entered for you

• New Customer: Use the Click to Register Button - Register your details and fill in the Username & Password - the information is saved for future orders. Note: If the Username you are requesting is already taken by another customer, the registration will reject with the message "Already Registered". Simply choose another username to rectify this

  or

• New Customer: Use the Click to Register Button and Enter Personal Details, ignoring the "Username and Password" section. No history of your purchases will be recorded

9. Click SUBMIT

Note: You will receive 2 automated Order Notices from the Website, and a 3rd Shipping/Payment Advice email from us. Your Tax Invoice will be attached to your Parcel. If you do not receive these emails within 24 hours, it means the email address you registered has failed and we cannot contact you, so please telephone to confirm your order.

Local Customers and Collection of Orders

As we are primarily a Mail Order Company, our Workroom is open by appointment only.

We are happy for customers to collect orders by prior arrangement, but we hope you understand we have limited time available. Pick Ups are not available between 2 - 4 pm

We prefer you to place your order via the Website so that we have an order number and to ensure we know exactly which items you require. We understand that sometimes this may not be possible or convenient for you, so if this is the case please telephone. You can of course change items or add to your order once here if required.

If your order is urgent and collection is very time specific please call us to arrange a suitable time as we are not always available.

We realise you may prefer to Fax or Post your Credit Card or Order to us, in which case you can
print a Mail Order/Fax Order Form and send this to us.

Saturday Pick-Ups: If you would like to collect your pre-ordered goods on a Saturday,
your order must be received by 3.00 pm Friday. Orders will be boxed and left in the "Pick Up Bay". We will email instructions for collection with order confirmation.

International Orders

Amended: July 12, 2008

We do ship internationally to some countries (listed below), however due to the time involved in processing International Orders, a minimum order value of AU$150.00 excluding shipping cost is required, and a Packaging and Handling fee of $15.00 will be charged. Orders will be shipped via Insured Australia Post Mail. We require the shipment to be insured for your protection. To obtain an approximate freight quotation, you can use the Australia Post Calculator as a guide to freight charges.

We only ship to these Countries

Christmas Island, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, and Singapore

For larger orders requiring sea freight, you will need to arrange your own carrier.
