Micas & Glitters
Micas are particles of shiny colour that when used in Melt and Pour Soap produce a beautiful light reflective colour. Some also shine in Cold Process Soap when swirled in veins through near or on the surface (though this does need a little experimentation to fine tune this technique). Not all micas will shine when used in Cold Processed soap, however, all work wonderfully well in clear Melt and Pour soap plus lotions and balms too! Our Micas & Glitters are superb quality skin safe colourants, that for the most part do not bleed. We package our Micas and Glitters in small tubes to ensure ease of use when they arrive. No fiddly ziplock bags. To get the last remaining pigment from the tube, simply use a little water or swish around some hot Melt and Pour Soap to collect the pigment, then add to your main batch.
