This is a deep, vibrant turquoise blue colour. This Mica is suitable for Lip products as well as all other Bath & Body Prioducts. This mica does require a bit of TLC when stirring into MP Soap. We recommend mixing it with your fragrance oil (that you're using for the batch) as it is not as easily dispersible as our other micas.
As you will see from this sample of Cellini Blue in cold process soap it goes purple in CP Soap.

Our Test Results:
Produces a turquoise blue colour in clear MP Soap Base and a pale pastel colour with no shimmer in white MP Soap Base. We do use a little more than usual in MP as it can want to morph at low concentrations. In CP it morphs to a mauve colour.
pH sensitivity: Unstable in high pH products such as CP Soap
Colour Fading: This colour is not somewhat light sensitive and will fade over some time
Colour Bleeding (Migration): Bleeding, unsuitable for embedding, layering and swirling unless you wish to have that drift of colour effect
