Liquid Pigment Dispersion - Black
Black is black! Concentrated black cosmetic colour. Licorice allsorts soap anyone? Penguins?? Non bleeding, cosmetically approved pigment.
This colour can be used in all soaps, including Cold Processed Soap.
Note this colour has replaced Black Oxide Liquid, the powdered Black Oxide is still available.
