Clay and Mineral Bath Soaks

These Bath Soaks are for nourishing Body and Soul. Baths are particularly nurturing, and your skin will benefit from the soak in a tub full of goodies! So, set aside some time for peace and quiet, and soak away your worries.

Soothing Mineral and Milk Bath Soak

1 tablespoon Your Favorite Clay
1 tablespoon of Pale Pink Spa Minerals
2 tablespoons of Buttermilk (or Coconut Milk) Powder
6 drops Lavender Essential Oil
6 drops Orange Essential Oil
1 tablespoon Natrasorb Bath

Method

1. Place the Natrasorb into a mixing bowl and add Essential Oil
2. Mix well until the Natrasorb has absorbed the oils the mixtures appears like breadcrumbs
3. Now stir through the Clay and Spa Minerals
4. Seal in an airtight container or Jar

To Use: Run a bath and use 4 tablespoons per bath.

This can be made in bulk and kept pre-mixed, with or without the Essential Oils, in a sealed jar and add 4 tablespoons per bath.



Mineral Enriched Bath Fizz

1 tablespoon Your Favorite Clay
2 tablespoon of Golden Spa Minerals, or Pale Pink Spa Minerals or Pale Blue Spa Minerals
1 cup Bicarbonate of Soda
1/2 cup Citric Acid
20 drops Essential Oils or Fragrant Oil
2 tablespoons Natrasorb Bath

Method

1. Place the Natrasorb into a mixing bowl and add the Fragrance or Essential oils
2. Mix well until the Natrasorb has absorbed the oils the mixtures appears like breadcrumbs
3. Then mix in the Bicarbonate of Soda and Citric Acid into the mixture 4. Now stir through the Clay and Spa Minerals
5. Seal in an airtight container or Jar

To Use: Run a bath and use 4 tablespoons per bath. Swish through the water and soak!

This can be made in bulk and kept pre-mixed, with or without the Essential Oils, in a sealed jar and add 4 tablespoons per bath.
