Our Designer Flat Profile Oval Mould is heavily contoured on both sides. The flat profile 3D Oval differs from the Smooth Oval Mould as it has a flat surface on each side making it easier to stamp (if desired). The proportions are still well rounded which fits nicely in the hand, and makes this a classic style bar.

New stock our 3D Moulds are made of WHITE Polystyrene plastic. This is a durable material with a very high tear resistance, plus it has an anti-wetting property which greatly helps in the release of many soap bases, especially CP, and it imparts a high gloss finish on the soap.
